Pricing

Priced by how big the catalog is.

Flat, not metered. You are never working out what a file will cost before you dare run it — that wall of credits is the thing every competitor’s pricing page is made of, and it is the anxiety we removed rather than repackaged.

Checkout is closed. Checkout is not open yet. This deployment is connected to a test store, so nothing on this page can be bought right now — a real card would be declined. The prices below are what we will charge when it opens.

Agency

Several catalogs that are not yours. Client work, separate workspaces, and an export you can hand over with the audit trail attached.

One-off migration

One move, once. A replatform or a supplier switch where the catalog has to land correctly and then you are done.

What the price does not say

Two things stated up front, not in the footer

Prices exclude tax

Our payment provider acts as merchant of record and adds VAT or sales tax at checkout, depending on where you are. The number on the card above is the number we book, not the number you pay.

Under about 100 products, do not buy this

A chat window will do that job, and it will do it today. This is built for catalogs where that structurally stops working — where you need to know whether it finished, what will break the import, and which fields were invented.

What you are buying

The cost of finding out afterwards

The failures this catches do not announce themselves. Two products that slugify to one handle merge silently and the import reports success; a deficient row takes its whole product with it under a “Products Imported” banner. Nothing errors. The catalog is simply short.

$0to run the Pre-Flight Report, on any number of files, with no account. The paid plans turn the file into an import; finding what is wrong with it is free.

Pricing questions

The things people ask before they buy

What counts against the quota?

Products, not rows, and only on a paid run. The corpus averages 1.74 rows per product, so a 15,000-product plan is a much larger file than the number suggests. Pre-Flight checks never count — they are free and unmetered.

Is there a per-file or per-credit charge?

No. Flat monthly, and the same price whether the file is clean or a disaster. That is deliberate: metering makes a merchant hesitate before running the messy file, which is the one file they most need to run.

Can I change plan later?

Yes, through the customer portal, which switches the existing subscription rather than opening a second one. We do not build a billing UI of our own — the provider owns upgrades, cancellation, card updates and invoices.

What if it does not do what I need?

The refund terms are published, with the window and the usage threshold stated as numbers rather than as “at our discretion”. Read them before you buy; they are short.

Do you store my supplier files?

No. The file is deleted in the same request that reads it, and the privacy page names every table we do write to rather than only what we do not.

Decide on evidence, not on this page

The Pre-Flight Report is free and needs no account. Run your worst supplier file through it before you decide anything above — it is the same report a paying customer sees, on the same engine, and it will tell you whether we are worth $39 a month to you far better than we can.

Run the file you trust least.

No account, nothing stored, and the report is the same one a paying customer sees.
